Join the Daffodil Day Non-A-Thon

Do Nothing to do Something about Cancer

Imagine having an extra hour of free time off work to do anything you wanted? You could go home and kick the footy with your kids, surprise your boyfriend with a special dinner, hit the local cinema to watch a movie, meet your mates to just hang out, or simply spend it by yourself, doing something you love.

On Friday 24 August, Cancer Council is giving you just that! We’re asking bosses across the country to participate in the Daffodil Day Non-A-Thon. It’s the first Non-Event where you don’t have to hang around bored; you get to do what you want.

All bosses need to do is give their staff an hour off, on Daffodil Day Friday 24 August (ideally the last hour). In return for this hour, employees each donate an hour of their wage.

We’d like to invite you to lead your office and join the first ever non-event – The Daffodil Day Non-A-Thon. It doesn’t take a big effort to make a big difference. Do your little bit of nothing to help fund vital cancer research, prevention and support.
