Foodland supermarkets remain locally owned and operated by South Australians and since 1962 the Foodland group has been helping the local community. Our retailers personally donate to over 500 other charities and community groups in SA. Daffodil Day remains one of the most significant charities that Foodland support and we are again proud to sponsor it in 2016 as we have done so for the previous 16 years. Foodland remains passionate and committed to helping our community with very worthwhile causes like Daffodil Day.
We take great pride in the service we deliver to our customers, and are very passionate about supporting local producers. This ensures customers have access to a range of alternative brands. It is our objective to be a supplier of brands you know and trust and our goal is to exceed our customer expectations.
The Romeo Family began in the supermarket industry in 1987. Starting with one small convenience store they have built a business that now stands as an outstanding independent retailing success story. The family are passionate about their growing business and are benchmarking independent supermarket retailing with modern décor and state of the art refrigeration. The Romeo Retail Group is heavily involved in supporting the community assisting charities, sporting clubs and schools. They strongly believe in the need to contribute locally and believe that Daffodil Day is an incredibly worthy cause.
