Training dip number four
I have signed up to the Daffodil Day fundraiser for cancer research.This is the first year I will be doing it.During the month of August, I will be doing cold water plunges. Daffodil Day is on the 21st August but it runs all month.You can purchase merchandise on that day.The reason I am doing it is because in December last year, I lost my beautiful husband Greg to cancer.One of his many sayings was to "turn your liabilities into your assets."I am honouring him by doing this.It is helping me to get out of the house at what is a difficult time.I have also lost friends, aunts and uncles and have friends who are warriors fighting it now.Please support me by signing up yourself, donating or offering some encouragement via a message.
