Yay! We did it! 🎉 We raised $2500 for the Cancer Council by completing the Daffodil Day Dip! 🌼 All because of our wonderful family and amazing friends and workmates who donated and supported us! Thanks so much, it means a lot! Special thanks to a couple of special friends for joining us in the cool pool dip! You’re amazing! We feel proud to have raised some funds in support of Deb and everyone suffering and fighting cancer. Sending lots of love to everyone! Xx
Supporting a great cause
Daffy Dunks is a team of 2… my sister, Hayley, and I. So many people are affected by cancer and I decided to sign up to Daffodil Day in support of my lovely mother-in-law, Deb, who has always been here for me and my family. Hayley works for an Oncologist and Palliative Dr so sees first hand, the impact cancer has on people of all ages. We’re proud to be doing our bit to raise money and participate by dipping for Deb and everyone affected. Thanks again to all our family and friends who have already donated, we really appreciate it!
In August, we’ll be plunging into cold water for the almost 1 in 2 Australians who will be diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85.
