Wherever I am I have cold plunged
In August I have been in Lorne- Louitit Bay, in Perth- Cottesloe Beach, in Melbourne- Port Phillip Bay, and at home in the pool❄️I will complete my final cold plunge next week in Melbourne with a group of friends.
