Last year, Tammy created Tammy’s Daffydils while courageously battling metastatic adenocarcinoma. She poured her heart into making it something special. Not just for herself, or for her friends and family, but for everyone whose life has been touched by cancer.
In July last year, we lost Tammy. 💛
This year, we’re coming together to continue what she started.
The Daffodil Day Dip is a FREE event. It costs nothing to take part. You don’t need to raise money to join in, and you don’t even need to live locally. You can dip wherever you are.
Come along dressed in yellow, bring your family and friends, and be part of something that meant so much to Tammy.
If you’d like to do a little more, you can join Tammy’s Daffydils and help raise funds for the Cancer Council. There is a QR code you can save to your phone, print out at work, share on Facebook or Instagram, or pass on to friends and family. Every share helps.
One of Tammy’s wishes was for this to become something wonderful. Something that brought people together because, as she said, we all know someone who has been affected by this hideous disease.
This year, we dip in her memory.
We dip for those we have lost, for those still fighting, for the families walking alongside them, and for a future with better treatments and more hope.
So save the date.
Share the fundraiser.
Wear your yellow.
Bring your biggest smile.
And let’s make Tammy proud. 💛🌼💛🌼
