As many of you may already know - I lost my Mum to cancer when she was 42 (my age now). Our family has been left devastated on too many occasions by the big C - lives lost and if not lost, lives changed forever.
A icebath has become a weekly ritual for me - so to up the ante - I'm committing to 2 a week during April.
