This August, we are plunging into cold water to raise money for the Cancer Council's Daffodil Day in memory of Louise Palk, who we lost to cancer on July 9th, 2025, aged just 50 years young.
Louise was the most wonderful mother, wife and friend you could hope for.
She dedicated her life and career as a cancer nurse, helping people to face their toughest challenges.
Lou was also a dedicated and fiercely loyal volunteer at the Willaston Football and Netball Clubs. From player to coach to trainer and everything in between, there's nothing she didn't do to help out her boys and the Club she loved so passionately.
In a world where you can be anything, be like Lou.💛
