My swim cap and pack arrived today so it's looking official! I'll be swimming during July in preparation, and also just in case my upcoming surgery happens to be August. Please consider making a donation to help fund research. 💛

Going for the cold plunge this year
Last year I swam in the heated pool during August but I'm going to take the plunge in cold water this August to raise funds towards Cancer Council's work. Im memory of Maurice Bellemans, Lorna Bellemans, Mandy Pearson & also for Olive Pritchard, all affected by cancer.I aim to swim in the sea at least three times a week during August
