My 21 August Dip at NextGen Canberra
Did another cold plunge and feeling great!
Saturday 9th Aug
A plunge with fellow dipper in Wollongong
I met Vanessa Goodier with her bag of goodies and we did a dip in the rock pool to the north of the Continental Pool in Wollongong. Lots of laughs were had!
Saturday 2nd Aug
5 degrees outside & 5 degrees inside the water!
1Aug - My 1st official dip was taken in the NextGen Canberra plunge bath…brrrr!
5+5=a perfect 10!
Monday 9th Jun
This morning was super chilly at the Men’s Bath just north of the Wollongong Continental Pools
It was 13 degrees but felt like 4! I lasted 30 minutes but took two hours to thaw out and that was after a hearty Goulash at the local cafe!
Sunday 8th Jun
Wombarra Rock Pool
It was a chilly 10 degrees outside and breezy but beautiful and sunny!
