I just want you to know how proud I am of you, after 40 years since being in the gym since your own trauma, now look at you back in the gym and supporting a cause that’s close to your heart after loosing your dad to prostate cancer , after he served in World War II . You would have been around the age I would be now but in 1999.. also to the many friends and family we have lost this is honor of them and everyone still fighting the battle. I’m sure that your dad’s always been looking down so proud of everything you have accomplished in life love you mum. Let’s get this cold plunge underway!!!
