Dipped!
After signing up late to this campaign, I was especially looking forward to the chance to take a Daffodil Day Dip in my favourite local outdoor pool. Not normally open for the winter, it sounded like it’d be fun but I came down with Influenza A that week and missed my chance! The next body of water I happened to be near was the Yarra River whilst on a weekend away in Warburton. Perfect to have a brief dip with the ducks - a chilly air temperature of 9 degrees with the sun shining but about 10 degrees in the water…next year I’d like to get a team and commit to more dips but I am grateful for my sponsor’s support for my first toe in the water, so to speak. You are all good humans!
