In Hobart - alternating cold 6 deg plunges with a Finnish sauna as part of the Beaker St Science Festival. It felt great! Is that cheating? 🤔🤣

This was my first dip - sandwiched between a very hot Finnish sauna in Hobart as part of the Beaker St Science Festival. I felt great afterwards!
