This Daffodil Day, my co-workers and I are coming together to support an important cause that affects so many people in our community — cancer.
To raise awareness and funds, we’ll be taking on the challenge of jumping into an ice bath! While a few minutes in an ice bath is certainly uncomfortable, it’s a small challenge compared to the physical and emotional challenges faced by people living with cancer, those currently undergoing treatment, cancer survivors, and the families and loved ones supporting them.
We’re doing this in support of our LCHS clients and the wider community of people who are battling cancer, have battled cancer, or have been impacted by cancer in some way.
Daffodil Day is a reminder that behind every diagnosis is a person, a family, a story, and a community of people who care. 💛
Our goal is to raise funds and awareness while showing our support and solidarity for everyone affected by cancer. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help contribute to this important cause.
