3rd cold plunge - Warrnambool
Cold plunge with the family, even Tess the jack Russel joined us for the dip. I chose Warrnambool because I remember when I was young nan took lev and I to the Warrnambool beach for a beach day<3 I have fond memories of this. And miss her gentle being and having her watch over me.
Saturday 8th Aug
Second cold dip - for lev
This cold plunge was in port fairy, and I’ve had my brother on my mind all weekend. We would snorkel together in pea soup bay, one of my fondest memories of us. He was and always will be my best friend. I also had the support of my two beautiful friends Soph and Bec who joined me <3

First Dip - August 1st
This morning was a frosty 3degrees with the beautiful sun rising and no wind in sightI’ve been dreading my first cold swim.. but I was so lucky to have my wonderful friend Wanyea by my side in support - we kept chanting “for lev and nan”I chose Torquay to do my first swim as it was the last place I swam in the ocean with my nan, in the month that my brother died. I remember us floating in the calm water together , and a butterfly flew over the top of us. We were all in such a fragile state. But the water always holds you in such a way <3
