In August, Iā€™ll be plunging into cold water for the almost 1 in 2 Australians who will be diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85.Ā

I love a swim in warm weather, but Winter dips brrrrr they will be challenging! šŸ„¶

Iā€™m committing to 10 plunges in August Ā and hope to raise $1,000! Ā
