The funds I raise from my Daffodil Day Dip challenge will help power world-class cancer research to save lives. August will mark 6 years since my Dad passed from cancer. One thing about him was he loved the water. In his teens and early adulthood he loved scuba diving. He taught me to swim and encouraged me racing. Some of my fondest memories are swimming with him at the beach, one of his favourite places. My cold plunges will be in honour of him and one of his favourite activities.
