1 dip down!
Tonight, as the blue full moon neared its peak, I took my first plunge into an ice bath. It was a biting 6°, but I braved it for 6 minutes and 18 seconds.
I know I'm just at the start of this journey (69 dips to go!), but the love and support I've received this weekend has been so healing. I am still in shock that I'm half way to my goal of $7000 and I can't express just how much your support means to me - thank you all so so much.

This made me cry. What a beautiful and powerful way to honour Dad — 70 ice baths for 70 years of his life. I know he would be so proud of you.
