This made me cry. What a beautiful and powerful way to honour Dad — 70 ice baths for 70 years of his life. I know he would be so proud of you. Losing Dad so suddenly has been heartbreaking, and I love that you are turning that grief into something meaningful — raising money for cancer research and also looking after your own mental health.
