Cold Dip #1 - CY O'Connor Beach
10 August 2025 - First cold dip today. It's 18 degrees outside and the water is about 14 or so degrees (according to Kate who is videoing my efforts today)
I stayed in the water for about 5 minutes and was fully submerged, learning quickly that although my daffodil cap is gorgeous, it's not going to keep my hair dry. Rookie mistake.
