My very last dip for August, giving me 31/31! Honestly, for a while there in the middle of the month I wasn't sure I could do it. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all my supporters. ๐๐๐

Here I am amongst a Beautiful Bunch of Daffodil Dippers at Bellerive Beach. ๐ The sun shone, it was 19ยฐ and the water was a balmy 12.6ยฐ as recorded by Chuck a Duck. The day could not be more perfect.๐คฉ๐๐

I'm so grateful to have company today๐- it's grey, cold and windy, and rainy at times too. My stellar daily dipping friends Elisia and Tim are with me, and my gorgeous husband Richard, who accompanies me to the boat ramp each day just in case I slip on the rocks getting in and out. ๐๐

Another solo dip today. I'm missing my dipping buddies. ๐ I was so relieved it wasn't windy this morning. Water temperature 11.7 ยฐ,so I think it's gradually warming up! ๐๐ค

Oof! It was windy and cold again today made more challenging by the fact I was dipping solo. So, a quick dip, wrap up quick then bolt for home! ๐๐

A chilly morning, air temperature 6ยฐ, feels like 3ยฐ. Water temperature 10.4ยฐ according to Chuck a Duck. A pesky breeze sprung up just as rinsed off the salt water from my body! ๐ซ๐ฅถ

First Official Dip
Today, 1st August 2026 was my first dip towards my 10 dip pledge. The water was a chilly 10ยฐC but the the sun was shining and I had my fabulous fellow dipper, Milena Kennedy with me to help keep our spirits up.ย We went 'All Out'ย got all dressed up in yellow complete with yellow tutus and sun glasses. A bit of fun always helps.ย
