Dip day 5 ✅
I'm at the mid way mark and still going strong. A sniffly nose, cold, windy and grey today yet still totally worth it. Here's to all of the courageous people and their families - we see you 💛💛💛

So this morning started our different, with a 1K jog first and then the dip which really isn't a dip ever, it's a swim for shout 1K, wetsuit comes off in the water so I sit in the shallows for a bit and then I'm out. Rumour has it the water temp was 9°c. Always harder on a Monday...
