August 15 Dip at Sisters Beach
A sunny afternoon at Sisters. The beach is so shallow you have to walk for ages until you are deep enough to have a dip. So, ot was not as enjoyavle as I would have liked, no real waves either. With three dips to go I am still hoping to catch a wave.

Water aerobics class today with a couple of fiends donning hats for the occasion ... just incase I dont get in the cold water again...hedging my bets.

We met up to do an early Daffodil Dip dressed in our tutus. brave group

Dip 7 at Sister Beach
7th dip was cold. Three to go.
Tuesday 11th Aug
Dip 5 on 9th August with Somerset Swim Group
Another dip, this time with Alison Wheelan, another daffodil dipper and four local swimmers. There were waves but not good eniugh for body surfing. There is still more to go but I am now half way through.

The penguin Swim on Saturday Dip 4
We met up with two lovely coastal ladies who are also Daffodil dippers. Both had onky swimmkng costumes on whilst I had on my wetsuit paints . I felt a little like a fraud . .however, it was still very cold. We (Janette S and me) got dressed on the beach before crossing the road for a hot coffee to warm our insides. Dip 4 done and dusted
Saturday 25th Jul
SOMERSET Surf Club Dip 2
Well ... at 9.30 am today Janette Southwell and I enjoyed body surfing at Somerset...the waves were not conjusive to great body surfing but we did have a go. The changeroom was clean and a great place to get dry and dressed. Only 8 more dips to go.

DIP 1 Swim/dip at Fossil Bluff Saturday 27th June, 20 dip 126
My friend Jeanette Southwell and me went for a dip at Fossil Bluff. It was sunny, no wind and a balmy 14 degrees. Water wasnt as cold as I expected. Did not stay in long but I did a couple of dolphin dives on the way out.

Dip at East Wynyard
Janette and I beaved the sea at East Wynyard. We enjoyed coffee at Bruces cafe afterwards. I went home with a load of seaweed. BONUS
