Dip #4
Lots of resistance today going into the water, as last week's shivers lasted over an hour. Did it anyways - as I acknowledge the internal battle and knowing there's always thing you don't want to do, but you gotta do it because you made the promise to yourself.
Nature returned a wonderful swim, kangaroos joined to cheer me on and of course more shivers after...haha

Dedicated to Apron who lost her life to Breast cancer.
She went down the natural path therapies when she was first diagnosed breast cancer 12 years before she passed.
On the last few days in palliative care, she shared that she hoped she received the chemo treatment at the early stage rather than ignoring all of the medical advice and went down the natural remedies pathway.
Thank you for sharing your stories Apron. You're very missed.
