Yeah I have done my best...10 cold plunges, 2 were showers, cold, as the beach did not always co operate. Bit I have been very moved by my community, a huge thanks.

Port was 😎 ..the kind person who took my picture has a friend dipping in an ice bath. Noe to self think of that next time I think the water is cold
