In August, I’ll be plunging into cold water for the almost 1 in 2 Australians who will be diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85.

Please donate to my challenge!

The funds I raise from my Daffodil Day Dip challenge will help power world-class cancer research to save lives.

Your support means so much to me. Please help create a cancer free future by donating to my fundraiser now! 💛

A quick dip at Hillary’s boat harbor

Made it after work on Friday, found a sheltered spot, no waves or rocks. Just me and the sea 🌊

Wednesday 5th Aug

In search of calm water

Got to mettams pool but conditions were too rough, so trotted off to trigg island and managed to get salty 💛

Friday 31st Jul

First swim!

Making the most of this sunshine and family time to log my first swim of ten. You can just see my daffodil shower cap 💛
