In August, I’ll be plunging into cold water for the almost 1 in 2 Australians who will be diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85.

A soul-friend, or Anam Cara (Gaelic), is a bond shared with someone that is so profound, it transcends the confines of time and space…I am taking the plunge in honour of my Anam Cara, my beautiful Mama and dearest friend, Holly.

The funds I raise from my Daffodil Day Dip challenge will help power world-class cancer research.
