Daffodil Day 20th of August
Did my 3rd cold plunge today. Easy for me compare to those suffering cancer and relevant treatments. The very least I can do is to raise some money for further research.

Second cold plunge done 14th of August
Thanks so much to all who have donated so far. I did my first cold plunge at Nobbys Beach on Friday. 15.5 degrees in the water but the colourful bright yellow cap kept my head warm lol. Will do updates on the next plunge. Update, second plunge completed at Redhead Beach today. Similar temp to last week.
