The ice bath at P3 Recovery in Winnellie seemed extra cool beside the open door this morning on a brisk 17c degree day in Darwin ๐

Sunset Dip at Nightcliff Swim Beach
Took my 6yo son Isaac and my gf Rosie to Nightcliff Foreshore for a sunset dip and it was cooler than we are used to. Isaac opted out but Rosie and I took the plunge which we both needed to blow some cobwebs away ๐
Blessed are those that still continue the fight for themselves and have others to support the cause for the future.
