Every winter, IEMA's Swim Club has our staff braving the chilly temps on Tuesday mornings at Merewether baths. The initiative promotes staff wellness and keeps us connected to the beautiful ocean that we are so lucky to live, play and work nearby.
This year, the Swim Club are taking our morning dips that extra bit further and raising funds for Cancer Council as part of the Daffodil Day Dip challenge.
