Iโm doing a Cold Plunge for Cancer Research
I'm taking an icy cold dip this Daffodil Day (21st August) to raise funds for cancer research, in honour of my dad who passed away from complications after being diagnosed with prostate cancer.
If you know me, you know I'm like a reptile when it comes to thermoregulation, i.e. I can't do it. If someone can endure chemotherapy, a freezing plunge is nothing in comparison. Which is why I've committed to 3 dips in the weeks leading up to it and one on Daffodil Day itself! I'll make it a different body of water each time. Every week, I'll add a new, silly, quirky accessory, and you can vote on what that will be every week (here, Juno and Archie are helping me model my Daffodil swim cap)! I'll upload proof.
Donations are tax-deductible!

Did you know that almost 1 in 2 Australians will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime? Raising funds for life-saving cancer research, prevention programs and support groups.
