Sunny but cold today as I dipped into the cold waters of Port Phillip Bay. No wetsuit, just bathers, gloves and of course my yellow Dadfodil Cap.

This morning I made my first dip into Port Phillip Bay, it was freezing outside about 5 degrees, but sunny, so colder out than in the water. One dip down at least 11 to go.
