In August, I’ll be plunging into cold water for the almost 1 in 2 Australians who will be diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85.

The funds I raise from my Daffodil Day Dip challenge will help power world-class cancer research to save lives.

I will plunge on the 21st of August offcourse. But will Def try to do a few more plunges throughout August. I will upload some pics and videos as I go.

My 1st dip

I decided to do an ocean dip this morning down North Beach. Nate came along and recorded it. Was chilly but refreshing. Happy Sunday 🙂
