Todays plunge for Cancer is dedicated to the wife of an old friend in Casino who’s wife Judy lost her life to lung cancer.

Today’s plunge is dedicated to two of my neighbours here in the Ingenia Nambucca Holiday Park, Wayne who sadly lost his life to throat cancer and Denis who has recently begun his fight over a blood related cancer.

Today the weather improved and the ocean settled after another week of miserable weather and dangerous surf conditions so I donned my daffodil hat and headed off at 6am for my morning plunge, dedicated to all who my family and friends who are suffering from or survived breast cancer.
