Final Dip No 16
Hi Folks,Thank you once again for all your support over the month of August. Completed the final dip No 16 at Callala Beach. The wave took my cap off symbolic of finishing the challenge and completing the task. It's been wonderful and encouraging seeing all the dippers across Facebook supporting this great cause of Cancer Research and supporting survivors of cancer too.

Hi Folks,I was reflecting on the difficulty in icebathing in 3 degrees and then actually realised that it isnt actually that hard when you compare it to the journey of a cancer diagnosis and treatment and the emotional and existential journey of coping with that. Celebrating all those who have had cancer and wishing you well and pray that you are a thriver of the cancer journey. Well Done.Kim

Hi Friends and Family,7th Dip for Daffodil Day Dip done. Ice Bath temp 3 degrees, air temp 8 degrees, and raining. I have around $300 to go to reach the fundraising goal. I need 30 people to donate $10 and I'm there and anything is very much appreciated.I'll keep on dipping.Kim xx

Fifth Dip in Ice Bath
Had a great day started our trek training for a trip to the Himalayas later in the year. Recovery area at Pumpin iron is lovely and met our Winter Challenge buddies there for a sauna and ice bath. Fifth dip for the Cancer Council fundraiser. Feeling very blessed.

Fourth Dip in Ice Bath
Pumpin Iron, my local gym, at south Nowra have built a lovely recovery area, with Ice Bath and Sauna. It was cold, with the ice bath being 3 degrees and the outside temperature being 5 degrees. I did a 5-minute dip, the 4th dip for Daffodil Day.
Tuesday 4th Aug
Second Dip
Hi Friends and family and all who are supporting the Daffodil Day Dip. This si the second dip for the month of August. The outside temperature was 8.8degrees (feels like 3.3), and I had the privilege of dipping in my home pool. I stayed in for 5 minutes as I do like icebathing. It took me a while to warm up again!Thankyou for your generous donations to such a worth cause.Have a great dayKim
