Dip 2
Beautiful day for it! 😄 Things I learned today- * A cool breeze across the pool while your face down in the water CAN be felt on your head and bum. * I’m never going to be someone who will get naked in the women’s change room. High 5’s to the people who are comfortable with this, it just ain’t me. * The coffee shop at Leichhardt pool is busy!
Today I managed to do 400m. I only did 200m the other day so feeling pretty good about that!
Monday 4th Aug
Change of goal because you’re all legends!!
Well, it’s only the 4th of August and my goal to raise $1000 has been met and surpassed. You bloody little rippas!!!I’ve adjusted my goal to $2000. If this isn’t reached that’s all good, I’m chuffed that my initial target has been reached. But I figure, why not aim for more? So swim and swim I shall do!!Thanks team!!!!💛 Kirily
Monday 4th Aug
First Dip finally!
I had my things in my car to do my first dip after work on the 1st of August though I ended up working a double. Double shift Saturday, so it was to be Sunday! For anyone in Sydney yesterday, it was dark grey and raining heavily and even though I would get wet in the pool, ain’t no way I was leaving my snuggly warm blankets and felines. 😄So this morning I finally got myself to the pool today for a delicious 16°C swim. I’m on my way guys! Thanks so much for the support and donations!
