Roches Beach August 1
Second swim for this challenge, first one for August. Roches Beach again, with Penny again. Another glorious day for it, calm, sunny and water temp 10 degrees. Tried some calm breathing when getting in and it worked a treat. It was really lovely and I felt great 🥰❄️.
Thursday 30th Jul
First ocean dip for winter.
30/7/26: Got in the water today at Roches Beach today with my friend Penny, who is a year round ocean goer 🏊♀️💪. The water was 9 degrees ❄️, so quite a bit of yelling from me when I first got in, and it was a short swim. But i survived, and hope to do more…. Hoping to get in on August 20 with a bit more dignity!!!

Go go Lisette and it is okay to scream like a girl.
