Training begins. Channeling our Polar Plunge in Antarctica and dip into Peppermint Bay in Tassie in 2024 at Clem Jones Pool, Carina. But this time plunging for a purpose. Review: possibly as cold. Cold water swim tip: controlled breathing and keep moving.
