In August, I’ll be plunging into cold water for the almost 1 in 2 Australians who will be diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85.
Please donate to my challenge!
The funds I raise from my Daffodil Day Dip challenge will help power world-class cancer research to save lives.
Your support means so much to me. Please help create a cancer free future by donating to my fundraiser now! 💛

My Updates
Friday 15th Aug
Third dip ..still bloody freezing but really enjoying being in the water once my body does it's amazing thing and warms me up. The buzz when I get out is just awesome!
Sunday 10th Aug
Second dip turned into a swim
The water initially feels freezing cold, it's hard to breath and all you want to do is get out. Everything starts to hurt by about ep seconds and then after about minute things shift. The water feels warm, your skin is buzzing, breathing starts to regulate and being in the cold ocean pool water begins to feel nice.... You just have to keep moving.
