Todays dip was a super quick one at Middleton on the way home from yoga! Hard to believe that Aug has flown by and I only have 3 more days to go! 

Gloomy skies for a Late afternoon dip at Verona! Im dedicating todays dip in memory of my amazing oldest brother who would have turned 71 today! Miss him ❤️

Another fun early walk at Verona Sands with the morning crew, and the team is back together, Trish Sue and me dipped together for the first time in a while. Great to have the team back 😊

Lovely mid morning swim with Caroline at Conningham Beach. Hard to believe less than a week to go! 

Back to beautiful Tassie weather, and an afternoon walk and dip with the pup at Verona.

Our wonderful Maacas birthday Eve luncheon, so time only allowed for the quickest dip at the end of the street at Delwood beach.Happy Birthday to our wonderful friend xx

Back to drizzly old Sydney town , just a quick splash in the harbour pool this afternoon. 

Today is the official day! Tassie turned on a stunner 🤩 todays dip saw wonderful friends join us in the water.

Day 19 saw the Pup and I on the ferry to Bruny for a mini break.  Both days were just stunning, first up a dip and body surf in the waves at the southern end of the Neck Beach. Followed by an early morning swim and again more waves for a surf at Hannsons Beach. #daffodillday #Brunyisland

Day 18 was a busy crazy day so only managed to quickly get in the water at Middleton, brief but invigorating. Day 19 will see somewhere new, stay tuned.

Well I’m over the half way mark now, this mornings dip was with my amazing Sunday crew at Verona. I love my Sundays dipping with them, it makes the cold so much better having those wonderful people there with me. Thanks Team ❤️No photo today but promise I’ll get some for the big day on Thursday #daffidolday 

Well today is officially Half way ! Yay 🥳 Verona was the dip spot today after a crazy beach walk with all the doggo pals. Hectic but fun 🤩 

Day 15 consisted  of a quick dip at Conningham on the way home from doing some chores in town. Such a pretty part of the Channel

Quick dip post yoga today at Middleton Boat ramp. Will start to find some new locations for the second part of the month.

Gosh this week is flying by! Another early dip at Verona marks day 13, closing rapidly in on half way and then to the official Daffidol Day Thursday 21st.

Beautiful morning to get back to early Tuesday morning dips at Verona Sands, missing our team mate Trish who is probably dipping somewhere exotic on the East Coast of Tassie

Back for an afternoon dip at Verona Sands after flying back from wet Sydney! Can really notice that 6 degree difference in water temperature! Much more bracing and invigorating here 😊

Had a dip buddy today! Thanks Ben for jumping in the surf with me! Finally got in the ocean at Manly Beach. Back to Tassie dipping tomorrow .# daffidolday 

Back to gloomy drizzly Sydney weather !

Still a bit crazy big surf at  Manly ( not my photo) ! So another quick dip at Delwood beach. Hope it settles down enough for a  swim and body surf before I head back to the really chilly waters in Tassie.

Foggy Sydney morning! Busy with work but the sun broke through for a midday dip at Balmoral on the way home. Still very Merky water . No way I’m putting my head in !!

Changed from an early dip to a late afternoon dip today, water still not nice but just an easy stroll down the street to Delwood beach. 

Wow wild old Sydney has made for interesting daffodil day dips! Dodging rain squalls and crazy winds. 

Today was day one of the daffodil day challenge I’ve committed to dip every day of August.  This is for you Jim ❤️
