Friday 21st Aug
Dip #3 - Soak Bath House South Yarra
Girls Spa Trip took us to Soak Bathhouse today in South Yarra, Melbourne. Spend some time in the mineral pools, then sauna and ended off with a few dips in the cold plunge pool! The cold plunge is set to a chilly12.5 degrees and very cold in compassion to the hot pool (38 degrees). Such a great experience today!

Cancer Council ACT Community Dip
Today I dipped with 30 new friends at an event run by Cancer Council ACT! We took the plunge at the Red Shed, Black Mountain Peninsula in Lake Burley Griffin. It’s was 6:30am and they recommended that we only dip for a max of 2 mins! I did stay in the water for 2 mins, but some brave souls stayed in for nearly 5 mins! What a great morning and a great cause!!! 💛

I did my first dip of 2026 just after my Delphine alarm (1pm everyday) went off! The sun was out, the ducks were watching and I knew Delphine was with me.
