As someone who feels the cold, always wears layers and is often found next to the heater or fire I will find this challenging, but I am committed and up for the challenge.

I’ve helped equip 7 researchers with essential lab equipment needed to conduct life-saving research.
A huge thank you and shoutout to my biggest supporter, Nicholas Hutton for donating $60 to help fund the next cancer breakthrough.
Sunday 14th Jun
Today was my coldest swim. The water at Bellerive Beach was a cool 12.5 C. The sand is noticeably cold to stand on. Think I’ll need to start wearing my reef shoes.
Sunday 14th Jun
This morning was noticeably colder. Not pins sticking into your skin cold but enough to have to focus on controlled breathing. Water temperature at Bellerive Beach 12.5°C
Saturday 13th Jun
Morning dip at Bellerive beach. The strong northerly meant the air temperature was warm but it still stripped the temperature from you once out. It was lovely to enter still calm water in the offshore breeze and be able to swim. Then home for my second breakfast and hot chocolate.
Tuesday 9th Jun
Afternoon Dip at Howrah Beach just catching the last of a beautiful Winter's Day sunshine.
Great goals
