Dip number 10 done in Dunsborough!!! A clear, sunny, cold day for the last plunge 🥶

Dip 9 🌬️
I missed my swim last week because Teddy had surgery in Perth but today I threw myself in the choppy ocean in Dunsborough 🙌
I’ll try to do an extra dip this week to make up for last week 🥰
Sunday 3rd Aug
Dip Eight!
Today ( Sunday August 3rd) I did my cold plunge in the outdoor GLC pool because the weather in Dunsborough was a bit too wild for the ocean. It still counts … I was freezing 🥶

Fourth & Fifth Dip & Sixth & Seventh
Taking and extra plunge this week to make up for the cold shower 😘
Tuesday and Wednesday in the sunshine thankfully… but still cold 🥶
Dip 6 was in Mandurah on Wednesday July 16.
Dip 7 in Dunsborough on a chilly 11 degree afternoon 🥶 July 24.
