Monday 1st Sep
And finally - #8, #9, and #10!
True to form, I left things last minute.
Ally, Lizz, Chris and I went camping at Sheepyard Flat in Howqua Hills with the intent of completing my plunges - and boy, did I!
Lizz joined me for #8, which was incredibly kind of her, and then #9 and #10 came in quick succession.
#10 was the hardest plunge I did for the whole month. It felt like ice had been poured over my brain.

Where's #7?
I forgot to update on the night, but Ally and I revisited Altona Beach -- at night! A cheeky 10:30pm plunge after work on Friday 22nd (I think).
Monday 18th Aug
Four, Five, and Six
Went camping with the girls at Lerderderg State Forest. Two cheeky dips at Mackenzie's Flat Picnic Area and then one at O'brien's Crossing (loml). Very cold, very slay.
Sunday 10th Aug
Third Dip: Geelong
Made the drive to Geelong with Dad. First dip in the PM, it was a very nice day. Too many people, so embarrassing. Gotta do it for the cause!
Sunday 3rd Aug
Second Dip? All done!
At 9am this morning, Flynn and I completed our second cold plunge in Lake Daylesford! The water was like ice and walking afterwards felt like the ground was made of knives.
There will probably be no cold plunge tomorrow. They will resume next weekend.

Saturday 2nd Aug
First Dip Complete!
At 8am, with Ally watching over me like my guardian angel, I took the first plunge at Altona Beach!
