A special day for a dip…. Dip 7 was out in the open water near Woody Point Qld with family celebrating a baby shower … the colour theme meant my cap matched in perfectly!! And the soon to be Aunty is my cousin Grace who’s just got to the other side of her breast cancer fight!

Another night time dip and an early morning dip with a chilly outside temp of 13.... which is cold for Deception Bay!!!

Had to dip after work and it was not the nice post work dip I have during summer …. I thought yesterday was cold 🥶 brrrrr
