Dip ten goal achieved
This one was a challenge goal from a mate who dared me to do a dip at 5.30 in the morning.
Coldest part of the day and today was certainly a cold one.
Glad I did, ticked ten off my goal list and a proved a point -:)

Dip one done
Chilly 8am morning in Sunbury with a low 3 degrees at dip time, but I ventured out undetered to take my first dip.
Water felt freezing at just 10 degrees but in I went, not once but twice, and did a couple of laps.
Will do it again soon.
