Tuesday 1st Sep
1st dip Our pool in Paxton
Our first step was in our pool in Paxton. It was bloody freezing. Some swear words come out and a lot of in shock voices and sounds come out of me. That was a huge wake up Call so glad we did this challenge

Dip #2 boggyhole Newcastle.
This step was done down at Newcastle at the bogey Hall. It was something that definitely took your breath was icy cold and pretty glad to get out of there when I could.

Dip 3 Washpool Scone
We ended up doing two dips at the wash Pools because we knew how cold it would be and we were unable to dip on 15 August so two dips seem probably the coldest water we have got into

Dip 4 Washpools scone
This water was pretty cold but once you got out it was okay. You didn’t really have that complete freezing take your breath kind of moment it was dipped before so it was getting easier.

By this time Lauren and I were definitely used to the cold water was absolutely beautiful at Shoal Bay that day
