In August, I’ll be plunging into cold water for the almost 1 in 2 Australians who will be diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85.

This August, I’m taking the plunge — four icy ocean dips a week — to raise money for cancer research. ❄️💙

Cancer has hit my family, as so as many other families. In 2017, I lost my beautiful grandma Maureen. Watching her go from strong and independent to so unwell so quickly was incredibly difficult. Her son (my uncle) passed away at just 17, I can't even imagine how that time would of been for my grandparents and mum to go through. This year we lost my Nonno to a form of leukemia. Even at 87, cancer took him far too fast.

So this August, I’m diving into the cold to honour them — and to help those still fighting. If you’re able to donate, no matter how small, it would mean the world. Every dollar helps fund life-saving research.
