16 degrees out of the water probably about the same in. Crystal clear blue skies, no breeze at all, glassy water. Perfect for a winter’s dip.My mental health is always better after some ocean therapy 🙏🏻

It was a cold morning this morning. 11 degrees out of the water and a gentle icy breeze. Water temp about 17, not that it felt like it. I was the only nut bar without a wettie. The first 5 minutes were brisk, the second 5 minutes
