Fran to the rescue
Due to a medical emergency I have not been able to make my second icy plunge to raise funds for cancer research. But I am very grateful to @Fran Jenkins for coming to the rescue and doing an icy plunge at Waratah Bay today. Water temperature is 10.8 degrees. Absolutely freezing. 💯 Please donate if you can

My first icy ocean plunge
Today I did my first icy plunge at Williamstown Beach to raise funds for cancer research.The water was shallow so it was quite a walk to a good diving depth. My photographer was not able to get a close up but that’s me.1 down, 4 to go. If you can please donate
