after a big day of travelling south of cairns I had to do another dip and this time in the resort pool the wind was fierce and because we were on the balcony it was extra cold!

Lucky enough to be visiting this special part of australia and did my cold plunge in mossman gorge. I might be up north but that water was collllldd!

Whats a gold coast trip without a Polar Dip! I know I live in QLD but it was still pretty cold! A great practice run before I start my dips in August!!!!! What a great cause to be fundraising for!
